What I collect

The only information I collect is what you choose to share with me through the inquiry form. That can include your:

• Name and email address
• Phone number, if you add one
• Details about your inquiry — the type of piece or event, date, location or venue, and anything you tell me in your message
• How you heard about me, if you let me know

I don't ask for anything I don't need, and there's no account to create or password to keep.

How I use it

I use the details you send for one reason: to read your inquiry and write you back about painting your wedding, event, or commission. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and I won't add you to a mailing list or send marketing you didn't ask for.

How your inquiry reaches me

When you submit the form, your message is delivered to my inbox using a couple of trusted services that handle the technical side — the site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the email itself is sent through Resend. They process your submission only to get it to me. Once it arrives, your inquiry lives in my email like any other message from a client.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking, and I don't run analytics that profile you as you browse. If you follow a link to my Instagram or Facebook, those platforms have their own privacy practices that are outside my control — it's worth a look at their policies if that's a concern.

How long I keep it

I hold onto inquiries for as long as I need them to answer you and, if we work together, to see your project through. If you'd like me to delete your information, just ask and I will.

Your choices

You're always welcome to ask what I have on file, to correct it, or to have it removed. Reaching out through the form is entirely optional — you can also email or message me directly if you'd rather.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for adults planning weddings, events, and commissions, and it isn't directed at children. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If anything about how I handle your information changes, I'll update this page and refresh the date at the top.
